3. Products

• Condition: We provide both Brand New and Pre-loved/Used LEGO parts. The condition of each item is explicitly stated on the product page; please review the descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

  • It is assumed that you are knowledgeable about the part/s that you are purchasing and are familiar with their sizes/dimensions.

  • We cannot be held responsible or receive negative ratings if the part/s you received are deemed too small or large.

  • All items sold are brand new; however, minor scratches may occur as parts can rub against one another during storage and transportation. They are brand new but may not be free of scratches.

  • Parts purchased from LEGO Pick-A-Brick (PAB) may be more susceptible to scratches because customers can freely sift through piles of bricks in the LEGO store.

  • Certain colors, particularly White, Light Bluish Gray, and Transparent colors, may exhibit slight discoloration due to prolonged storage. This discoloration is typical and can even occur in new and sealed LEGO sets.

  • Specifically with mold variations, parts with different part numbers or molds may be combined into a lot performing the same function. Please contact me if you require a specific part number, and I will attempt to check for availability.

• Choking Warning: Our products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to potential choking hazards.

4. Purchases and Payment

• All pricing is denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• We reserve the right to decline any order submitted to us. If we need to modify or cancel an order, we will promptly inform you via the provided email or phone number.

• You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the third-party courier.

• Customers are encouraged to arrange for pickup or to book their own delivery to mitigate potential delivery issues.

• Our store shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during delivery; please direct any concerns to the courier service.

• The risk of loss and title for items purchased transfers to you when the items are delivered to the courier.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
